SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping charges are for the handling, packaging, and delivery of your order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for undeliverable packages, refused shipments, or returns/exchanges. Priceless Planners is not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names or addresses. Priceless Planners is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored. Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to making a purchase to ensure no complications with your shipping.
SHIPPING METHODS
Standard Shipping: Continental US transit time is 4-8 business days.
US Priority Mail: 2-3 business day transit time
TRACKING PACKAGES
Upon making a purchase, a tracking number will be provided when your items have been shipped. The Estimated Delivery Date on your tracking information is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Packages are shipped from Texas.
SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING
Our processing time varies depending on the season when your order is placed. The current processing time can be viewed Order Checkout Page. We do our best to ship all orders within the given time frame, but do not guarantee this date. Each item is completely customized and is not printed until an order has been placed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Order volumes change based on the time of year that your order is placed. Your order will ship within 7-10 business days from the day it was placed. Priceless Planners will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available.
WHEN WILL MY EXPEDITED ORDER SHIP?
When you pay for expedited shipping, your order will ship in an expedited manor. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Central Time. Our orders are only processed and shipped during normal business hours.
LOST PACKAGES
If the package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. If it has still not arrived after 2-3 days, please reach out to our Customer Service Department with your order number within 30 days of the order ship date!
If the package is marked as in-transit and has no updates after 3 days, reach out to our Customer Service Department for assistant.
